When you place an order, note that you will be agreeing to receiving the design as shown. Also note that color displays vary from computer monitor to computer monitor, so the image you view on your screen is not guaranteed to be an exact color match to the item you receive or its imprint color(s).
Orders are not produced until the sale has closed. If the campaign goal has been met by the closing date, your order will usually be shipped via USPS within 7-10 days (check the description on the order page to see if the turnaround time is longer).
Delivery date is subject to change depending on stock, production delays, and weather-related delivery exceptions. We do not recommend ordering with a tight deadline, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for BlockBuy campaigns, and refunds will not be offered for later than expected delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with information to track your package. If your package is refused or undeliverable and is returned to us, we will contact you about re-shipping the item and applicable fees. For more info on this, please see our FAQS.
If the goal is not met by the deadline, you will be refunded within 2-3 business days of expiration.
BlockBuy items are custom made to order, so they are unable to be exchanged. Please ensure your sizes are correct by using the specifications and size charts provided on the order page.

If you placed an order and want to cancel, you must email us before the campaign's deadline is up! Once the pre-sale is over, we can't change the quantities, so please let us know right away if you need us to cancel your order.
